Connecting you with your community.
What is Lifely?
Lifely is a trusted disability service provider with more than 40 years of experience supporting people with disabilities, their families, and carers across regional Victoria.
We have deep roots in the country and understand the importance of feeling connected to your community, especially when living in a regional area. That’s why we’re passionate about providing caring, high-quality regional disability support that helps people feel supported, included, and empowered in everyday life.
As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we support children, adults, families, and carers across regional Victoria — including Ballarat, Bendigo, Maryborough, and Mildura — as well as Melbourne’s outer west and border communities in New South Wales and South Australia.
We believe everyone deserves access to quality disability services close to home, no matter where they live.
So, we’re on a mission to provide inclusive, flexible, and person-centred disability services that make a real difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s help at home, support to get out into the community, building everyday skills, or giving carers the support they need, we’re here to walk alongside people every step of the way.
Simply put, we help make everyday life easier, more connected, and more fulfilling. That’s what we mean when we say making the everyday better.
Our NDIS and community services include one-on-one support, in-home support, personal care, community participation, social groups, day programs, supported independent living (SIL), support coordination, plan management, supported holidays, and carer support services. We also offer all-abilities sport programs, high-intensity outside-school-hours care, carer respite, sensory zones, family support, and inclusive community events.
At Lifely, we know that no two people are the same. That’s why we take the time to listen, understand individual goals, and provide support that feels right for each person and family. Our experienced teams are proud to create welcoming spaces where people with disability can build confidence, independence, friendships, and a sense of belonging.
Above all, we’re here to support stronger, more inclusive communities where people with disability, their families, and carers feel valued, connected, and empowered to live life their way.

Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the many communities across regional and rural Victoria, Melbourne’s outer west, and border regions of New South Wales and South Australia, where we live, work and provide support. We recognise the resilience and continuing connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to this country.
As an organisation supporting people with disabilities, their families and communities, we are committed to listening, learning and working in ways that are inclusive, respectful and culturally safe.
