Caring for Carers Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the Lifely Caring for Carers Pamper Pack Competition (the Competition), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter of the Competition is the Interchange Loddon-Mallee region Limited, operating as Lifely (ABN 75 413 657 328 ).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Eventbrite or any social media platform.

The competition winners will receive a carer pamper pack that includes an Eden Skin and Body massage voucher, two tickets to Gold Class at Bendigo Cinemas and a $100 restaurant voucher. There are three prize packs to giveaway, with one prize awarded per workshop.

If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Competition is free and open to persons aged 16 years or more who register and attend a Caring for Carers workshop in June 2022.

To enter, answer the competition question “Why do you want to win a carer pamper pack?” in 25 words or less. Entries must be received before registrations for the event close.

Employees and Volunteers of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. Entries received after that time or not completed per these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win a prize.

This is a game of skill. Only one entry per person is permitted. You agree that the Promoter may, with your written consent, publish your entry in any form.

The winner will be announced at the workshop and provided with the prize.

Neither the Promoter nor their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. The Promoter’s decision

is final, and no correspondence will be had.
