Join Lifely in 2024 and make an impact

In 2024, Lifely is expanding its high-intensity OSHC program, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated team members to be part of this important journey.

By joining our team you will not only enrich your own career but also contribute to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for these incredible children.

OSHC tailor-made for children with disabilities

Lifely is proud to operate high intensity OSHC programs tailored to children with disabilities at multiple locations across Central Victoria and Melbourne’s northwestern suburbs.

Children with disabilities often require a more personalised approach to after-school and holiday care, which can make finding an appropriate OSHC service challenging for families.

Lifely has 40 years experience working with children with disabilities and understand families’ needs. Our OSHC team is equipped to plan a range of fun activities that encourage children to explore their interests, be adventurous and develop new skills in a safe environment.

The excitement of OSHC continues beyond the school term with Lifely’s School Holiday Program, where we provide extended care for school students attending our OSHC sites.

What Makes a Great OSHC Worker?

A career in OSHC, particularly when caring for children with diverse needs and disabilities, is highly rewarding. It requires specific skills and qualities to thrive in this role.
