We seek someone to undertake the role of Participant Support Coordinator in our Bendigo office. This role is an initial 6-month maximum term engagement with the possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation.
Remuneration commences at $88,090 per annum as per the SCHADS Award Classifications (Level 4.1) plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay (as per PBI status).

The ideal candidates will ideally have the following:
- Previous experience working in a similar role or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Accurate record keeping skills;
- Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;
- Dedication to their job and their team; and
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.
The roles and responsibilities of the Participant Support Coordinator are to:
- Facilitate and coordinate activities to work toward achieving the goals outlined in participant NDIS Plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants and families;
- Manage Participant files, including plans, progress notes, finances, and outcomes, electronically and promptly in accordance with procedures;
- Maintain professional connection with the Community Facilitators and ensure they’re strongly supported; and
- Make a positive and proactive contribution to the program team and Lifely team overall.
- Assisting the Intake Team with onboarding of participants.
