New Scam Targets NDIS Participants

Scammers are targeting NDIS participants and families with fake emails and text messages pretending to be from myGov.

These messages ask you to update or confirm your details through a link. The link leads you to a fake website designed to look like myGov. Government agencies will NEVER ask you to update your details via links in emails, texts, or social media.

How to Stay Safe from Scams

βœ… Be wary of unexpected messages asking for your myGov or NDIS details.
βœ… Only log in to myGov using the official myGov app or by typing my.gov.au into your web browser.
βœ… Never click on links in suspicious emails or texts.
