What is the NDIS review?
The Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Hon. Bill Shorten MP, announced a review of the NDIS on Tuesday, 18 October 2022.
The NDIS Review will examine the design, operations and sustainability of the NDIS. It will also look at ways to make the market and workforce more responsive, supportive and sustainable.
The Minister has appointed Professor Bruce Bonyhady AM and Ms Lisa Paul, AO PSM co-chairs of the Independent Review Panel. A secretariat in the Prime Minister and Cabinet department supports the panel.
