Join Lifely for Inclusive Futures by Design, a one-day social hackathon where creativity meets purpose. Work in teams with business leaders, disability professionals, and community members to tackle real challenges around access and inclusion in Central Victoria. You will make new connections, learn new skills, gain insight into the growing disability sector, and help shape real change in your community. The best ideas will be brought to life after the event, turning creativity into lasting impact.
If you identify as neurodivergent or as a person with a disability, we’d love for you to join the hackathon. Your voice and lived experience are essential to shaping real solutions that make our community more inclusive for everyone!
Challenge scenarios
Each team will work on set challenge scenarios, exploring projects that remove barriers to disability access and inclusion that intersect with other areas. Themes may include:
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and cultural safety
Accessibility, universal design and inclusive spaces
Construction and infrastructure
Arts, culture, tourism and events
Community development and planning
Early childhood development and education
Consulting and training services
Employment, workforce participation and social enterprise
Family violence and child protection
Funding and philanthropy
NDIS and disability services

Service design
