Feedback and Complaints
We are always open to receiving feedback or complaints.
At Lifely, we value your feedback and complaints. Your input is essential in shaping the quality of our services and ensuring they meet the needs of our community.
We welcome both positive and constructive feedback. Sharing your experiences helps us understand what matters most to you, improve our current services, and develop new programs tailored to your needs.
If you have concerns about your supports or services, please let us know. We are committed to addressing your complaints promptly and working towards a resolution.
How to raise a concern or provide feedback
We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your community support worker or coordinator first. This is often the quickest way to resolve any issues.
If you’re unhappy or further action is required, you can escalate your concerns to their team leader or manager.
Our commitment to complaints management
As a registered NDIS provider, Lifely complies with Australian laws and NDIS guidelines by maintaining a robust complaints management and resolution system. Your feedback helps us uphold high standards and ensure quality support for all participants. More information about our requirements as an NDIS-register provider is available on the NDIS website.
Let your voice be heard—help us improve the support we provide by sharing your thoughts today.
