This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation. Remuneration commencing at Level 3 (SCHADs Award) plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay (as per PBI status).

 

The ideal candidates will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role and/or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and experience with a client management/rostering system;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail;
  • Dedication to their job and their team; and
  • Good presentation and a professional attitude.

 

The Rostering Officer will be responsible for:

  • Rostering employees for shifts in an efficient and effective manner;
  • Monitoring hours worked by employer are within Lifely policy and procedures and industrial obligations;
  • Managing employee leave, shift changes and staff replacement in a timely manner and in accordance with Lifely requirements;
  • Maintaining professional connection with the Community Facilitators and ensure they’re strongly supported; and
  • To make a positive and proactive contribution to the program team and Lifely team overall.
